What: EBSC will get a 25% of each sale.

Turkey Relays & Non-Perishable Food Drive

Be sure to join the fun at the annual EBSC Turkey Relays! Swimmers will participate in Thanksgiving inspired relays and compete in a food drive challenge.

Senior 4/3 - Today, November 20 from 3:30-5:00 pm @ Brookfield Central

Senior 2/1 - Today, November 20 at the end of practice @ Brookfield East

N 2/1, T 2/1, A 2/1 - Tuesday, November 25 from 5:30 - 6:30 pm @ Brookfield East

At each event, we will be accepting the donation of non-perishable, UNEXPIRED food items to be given to Tosa Cares food pantry.

Food Drive Challenge - The 13 & Overs, along with the Masters team, will be competing against the 12 & Unders to see who can donate the most food items. The group who brings in the most will receive treats at an upcoming practice!

How To Enter Brookfield Central For Practices

All school doors are labeled with the cardinal direction and a number.

Weekdays - use the MAIN entrance off Gebhardt and enter at doors S1 using the door with the GREEN ENTER sign on it. Walk through the cafeteria and to the left around the Black Box theater.

Weeknights - if there is an event in the gym, the BACK doors by baseball/tennis will be open and you can enter at N3/E5.

Weekends - enter the building from the BACK doors at N3/E5.

If you want to stand at the S2 doors by the pool and let your teammates in, this is fine. But, those doors are locked and MAY NOT be propped open. This is for building security and for the safety of the people inside.

Under no circumstances should you enter the pool from the west side patio glass doors.

Deck Seeding - Swimmers are not given a heat and lane assignment until shortly before the race. Deck Seeding is done when Positive Check In is used. Most often used with longer events - 400 IM, 500/1000 free.

Positive Check In - A swimmer must indicate their intention to swim a specific event by marking their name on a list. The Meet Information posted on a meet’s event page will indicate which events require Positive Check In and what time check in closes. After swimmers have been checked in, the event is Deck Seeded and heat and lane assignments are posted. Most often used with longer events - 400 IM, 500/1000 free. Any swimmers that have not checked in by the Positive Check In deadline are scratched from the event.
